Armand Bagramyan, La Canada soccer roll to win

BOYS’ SOCCER

La Cañada 5, San Marino 0: Armand Bagramyan collected another hat trick and added an assist Friday for the Spartans, who improved to 14-2-1, 4-0 in the Rio Hondo League.

Joe Kim had a goal and a helper for La Cañada, which also received a goal from Marc Kaesler, two assists from Andrew Meeker and an assist from Armaan Zare.

St. Francis 4, Chaminade 1: Frankie Veiga notched two goals Friday to lead the visiting Golden Knights to a Mission League win. St. Francis (5-6-5, 3-2-1 in league) got one goal each from Brookes Treidler and Griffin O’Brien to win its third straight league contest.

Flintridge Prep 7, Rio Hondo Prep 0: Cole Rademacher and Daniel Enzminger registered a pair of goals each Friday for the host Rebels in a Prep League match. Flintridge Prep improved to 6-8-2, 2-1-1 in league.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 74, Chadwick 58: Robert Cartwright collected 16 points, six steals and five assists Friday to lead the visiting Rebels in a Prep League contest. Flintridge Prep (11-5, 4-0 in league) got 13 points from Jedrick Eugenio and 12 from Tyler Weakland.

Chaminade 63, St. Francis 42: Markar Agakanian had 12 points Friday for the visiting Golden Knights in a Mission League game. Kyle Leufroy added 10 points for St. Francis (11-9, 1-5 in league).

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 45, Chadwick 30: Maya Okamoto finished with a team-high 14 points to spark the visiting Rebels in a Prep League game. Kinsey Thompson had eight points for Flintridge Prep (12-3, 4-0 in league).
