Sixty-two guests turned out Tuesday night for the 103rd Annual Meeting of the La Cañada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce and Community Assn., which included the election of officers and directors for the coming year and also served as the organization’s holiday gathering.
The event was held at the La Cañada Flintridge Country Club, where light appetizers were served to those assembled. Kim Beattie, the outgoing chairman of the chamber’s board of directors, welcomed the guests and served as emcee.

A 50/50 opportunity drawing was held as a final push for scholarship money for the teens serving on the 2015 Miss La Cañada Flintridge Royal Court, who will turn over their duties to the 2016 court next month. The winner of Tuesday night’s drawing was retired Superior Court Judge Janice Croft, who immediately donated her 50% share of the approximately $150 pot back to the scholarship fund.
