For nearly 26 years, the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station and its core of volunteers have been providing assistance, in the form of food and toy donations, to more than 100 area families in need.

The Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station is seeking unwrapped toy donations, valued at $10 or more, to help with this year’s annual Toy and Food Drive.

For nearly 26 years, the station and its core of volunteers have been providing assistance, in the form of food and toy donations, to more than 100 area families in need. This year, food donations were collected at La Cañada’s annual Thanksgiving Fun Run & Food Drive, sponsored by the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge.

Unwrapped toy donations can be dropped off at the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station, 4554 Briggs Ave., in La Crescenta, or at any collection barrel on display at participating area businesses. For more information, contact Sgt. Cynthia Gonzalez at (818) 236-4019 or c2gonzal@lasd.org.
