Burbank man arrested after allegedly exposing himself during argument with a neighbor
A 56-year-old Burbank man is in custody for allegedly exposing his genitals to a neighbor during an argument.
Charles Reneau was arrested in the 700 block of North Brighton Street after police responded to calls about an argument he was having with a 48-year-old woman.
During the course of the argument, Reneau reportedly exposed his penis to the woman.
