A classic car owned by television talk show host Dr. Phil was stolen from a repair shop in Burbank Sunday night, according to police.

The 1957 Chevy Bel Air was stolen at around 11:55 p.m. from RODZ Fabrication Co., at 2800 N. San Fernando Blvd., said Burbank police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.

A padlock was cut at the gated business to gain entry and a roll-up door at the repair shop was damaged, Ryburn said.

“They just went in and took it,” he added.

Dr. Phil, whose real name is Phillip Calvin McGraw, estimated the value of the vehicle at $100,000, according to the police report.

No suspects have been identified, Ryburn said.

Anyone with information was encouraged to call police at (818) 238-3210, or (818) 238-3000.
