Man suspected of exposing himself to second girl in Burbank

A woman came forward Thursday claiming that her 12-year-old daughter had also been confronted by a man arrested last week in Burbank on suspicion of exposing his genitals and then chasing another teenage girl as she walked to school.
According to police, the woman said her daughter was allegedly confronted by the man -- 54-year-old Hino Youkhana -- three weeks prior his arrest on Sept. 19.

The girl had been walking home from school through the intersection of Oak and Ontario streets when Youkhana allegedly called out to her from a white sedan on Oak Street and flashed his genitals.

The girl then reportedly said, “Sorry,” and motioned for her friend to come over. The two friends
subsequently walked away and were not chased, police said.

Based on the 12-year-old’s description of the suspect, police believe it’s Youkhana, who was arrested last week for allegedly exposing himself and later attempting to kidnap the 16-year-old girl.

Police have submitted the additional information to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office for review, Burbank police Sgt. Darin Ryburn said.

Youkhana is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Police asked anyone with information on the alleged crimes to call (818) 238-3210.
