Have an issue you’d like to take up with your local elected officials?

The Burbank City Council this week is hosting three town hall meetings to interact with and get feedback from community members.

“This is just a way to try to reach out and see if we can connect with people who are maybe not the normal council attendees,” Mayor Dave Golonski said Monday. “It’s intended to be a less formal setting than the council setting.”

The Parks, Recreation and Community Service Department will be on site to provide child care for children over the age of 5.

The 7 p.m. town hall meetings will take place:

- Tuesday, Nov. 27 at David Starr Jordan Middle School, 420 S. Mariposa St.

- Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Luther Burbank Middle School, 3700 W. Jeffries St.

- Thursday, Nov. 29 at John Muir Middle School, 1111 N. Kenneth Rd.
