San Fernando Valley roundup: Burbank schools get grants for arts programs, Water main rupture causes damage in Granada Hills

Thousands of dollars worth of grants were awarded to arts programs at Burbank schools, reports the Burbank Leader. Demand for the grants outweighed available money, with 21 of the 31 schools that applied for the grants receiving funds.
