Community: The Slightlys win band contest

In a unanimous decision by the three judges, the Burbank band called the Slightlys won the Rusty’s Emerging Artist Competition 2014, and will perform at the Santa Monica Pier at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

Also on stage will be Omar Souleyman & De Lux during the Santa Monica Pier Twilight Concert Series. Admission is free.
