The following were taken from reports filed with the Burbank Police Department.

Area 1

1300 block of North Buena Vista

At 9:05 a.m. Oct. 14, an Asian man called out to a 20 year-old Burbank woman and exposed his genitals to her. The man walked away when the victim reached into her purse for her cell phone.

The suspect is described as between 50 and 60 years old with a thin build, medium complexion, dark mustache and short dark hair.

Intersection of Vanowen Street and North Hollywood Way

At 9:55 Oct. 14, two Latino men approached a 19-year-old Granada Hills man and demanded his property while holding a handgun to his abdomen. When the man refused to give up his cell phone after surrendering his driver’s license and ATM card, one suspect punched him in the face and drove away.

Both men are described as 5 feet 9 inches. The first has a thin build with a light complexion and the second is heavy set with a medium to dark complexion. They were driving a red sedan.

Area 2

100 block of East Olive Avenue

At 11 p.m. Oct. 13, a 27-year-old Burbank man was using the drive-through Bank of America ATM on Olive Avenue when he discovered a fraudulent card reader. He brought the device to the Police Department who confirmed a memory card was recording the information from inserted ATM cards.

There are no known suspects, and the case is under investigation.
