Two break-ins were reported to Burbank police Wednesday, one at a cellphone store and another at a hillside home, police said.

Just before 5 a.m., police responded to an alarm that had sounded at ATM Wireless, located in the 400 block of North Glenoaks Boulevard, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.

Between 30 and 45 cellphones – iPhone 5s and Samsung Galaxy S4s – were reportedly stolen. The store’s metal security bars had been pried outward, and the window was smashed, he added.

Also, between 7:20 a.m. and 4 p.m., thieves smashed the kitchen window of a home in the 3300 block of Brace Canyon Road and made off with a briefcase, an iPod and $700, Ryburn said.

Anyone with information on the incidents is urged to call Burbank police at (818) 238-3210.
