Man arrested for allegedly filming another man urinating in airport restroom

A 28-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested at Bob Hope Airport on Sunday after allegedly filming another man urinating in a restroom in Terminal B, police said.

Stephen Russel, who was in a locked stall, allegedly used his cellphone to record a 38-year-old man in an adjacent stall, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.

The victim reportedly alerted security after he noticed he was being filmed, Ryburn said.

Russel was arrested on suspicion of photographing or filming someone where there’s an expectation of privacy, Ryburn said.
