A 26-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested Saturday in Burbank after she allegedly chased a man who didn’t pay her for providing him sexual services, intentionally ramming her car into his, police said.
Stephanie Tresca-Archie allegedly met the 28-year-old man at the Extended Stay America located at 2200 W. Empire Ave. after connecting with him online, said Burbank Police Sgt. Darin Ryburn.
After their rendezvous, the man reportedly left the hotel without paying her, he said. Shortly after, he noticed an Audi tailing him.
Police believe Tresca-Archie intentionally crashed into his car twice, once causing him to lose control of his car, crashing into a parked vehicle on the 2500 block of Buena Vista Street, Ryburn said. A witness called police to report the collision around 11:30 p.m.
Tresca-Archie then reportedly returned to the Extended Stay in a damaged Audi, where police arrested her on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, Ryburn said.
She was held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to call Burbank police at (818) 238-3210.
