Giannis Antetokounmpo totalizó 34 puntos y nueve rebotes antes de sufrir una aparente lesión de tobillo que lo obligó a perderse el final del encuentro del jueves, que los Bucks de Milwaukee ganaron 128-118 a los Clippers de Los Ángeles.
Antetokounmpo cayó y se sujetó el tobillo derecho luego de realizar una clavada con 7:46 minutos por jugarse. De inmediato, el griego se marchó al banquillo y no volvió, lo cual no impidió que los Bucks cortaran a Los Ángeles una racha de seis victorias consecutivas.

Khris Middleton logró 39 puntos, su mayor cifra en la temporada, además de atrapar ocho rebotes y repartir cinco asistencias por Milwaukee, que hilvanó su cuarta victoria consecutiva. Eric Bledsoe añadió 15 tantos, siete rebotes y ocho asistencias.
