Domu’s crackley, huge Korean Fried Chicken ($7-$11) comes with three to five whole wings covered in a spicy, piquant Korean butter sauce.

Domu’s Tako (the Japanese word for octopus) dish combines the tentacles with mixed greens and perfectly crispy smashed potatoes. Yuzu (a Japanese citrus fruit) mayonnaise gives the salad some tartness.

Domu’s Tokyo ramen fills a bowl with a steaming, light soy-based broth, chicken thigh, half of a hardboiled egg, curly noodles, garlic chives and kikurage mushrooms. Split the ramen if you want to try some plates too - it’s filling.

Domu Don (a Japanese rice bowl dish) tops sticky rice with salty ikura (salmon roe), spicy tuna, slivers of nori, and a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth piece of uni.
