Community: Sci-fi spoof features Burbank actors

Several Burbank residents are performing with a theater company called the Unknown Artists in the sci-fi spoof “Gearhead and the Realbot” from Feb. 21 to March 8 in the Dorie Theatre at The Complex in Los Angeles.

Tiffany Brain, a member of the Volunteers of the Burbank Animal Shelter and Burbank On Parade Committee, plays communications officer Cpl. Holly Henderson in the production.

“This comedy takes the ragtag crew of the Pomegranate Fizz through a conflict that tears at the very fabric of space, or at least the space of their ship,” Brain said.

Other Burbank residents in the play are Katrina Rennells and Travis Riner as well as Glendale resident Andy Kenareki.
