Sidewalk Astronomers group to host ‘Moon Watch’ events

Members of the Burbank Sidewalk Astronomers will bring their telescopes to view the moon and any other visible planets in the coming months at two local libraries on various dates.

Through March, the organization will hold “Moon Watch” viewing events during evenings at the Burbank Central Library on Mondays and at the Buena Vista Branch Library on Tuesdays.

At the Burbank Central Library, viewing events will be held on Dec. 2, Jan. 6, Feb. 3 and March 2.

At the Buena Vista Branch Library, viewing events will be held on Dec. 3, Jan. 7, Feb. 4 and March 3.
