Geeks kick off Spirit Week

Burbank High students showed up to school on Monday in their pajamas to start off the school’s Spirit Week, which will end with them dressed in the school’s blue-and-white colors on Friday to participate in their annual fall rally.

Tuesday saw them dress as “greased-out geeks,” in which they were encouraged to wear their “geekiest outfit,” with suspenders, bow ties and glasses welcome.

Wednesday calls on the students to wear workout clothes, and Thursday will see them dress in attire of the 1950s, with leather jackets suggested for boys and poodle skirts for girls.
