In the unprovoked attack, Michael Cho reportedly approached the stranger, grabbed her head and bashed it into a window of a business on Glenoaks Boulevard, leaving her with a 1.5-inch cut above her eye.

The woman, a Burbank resident who was walking in the area, was treated by paramedics at the scene and took herself to a hospital.

When police arrived, Cho became combative and fought two officers, one of whom was left unconscious and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The officer has since been released.

Cho, who reportedly had in his possession antipsychotic medication and a sedative, was treated at a hospital for injuries sustained during the fight and the alleged vandalism.

Cho was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a peace officer, vandalism and resisting an officer, and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail, according to authorities.
