On one of the hottest days of the year so far, firefighters from the Burbank Fire Department scooped up ice cream at Ben and Jerry’s on Tuesday for the company’s 40th annual Free Cone Day.
HeadCount, an organization that stages voter registration drives at various events, was at the location and assisted customers in registering to vote.
Donations benefited the Muscular Dystrophy Assn.
