Joslyn Center can’t ‘resist’ helping seniors with physical training

The Joslyn Center in Burbank offers a wide variety of programs for seniors every day of the week, including a resistance training class at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays.

For those looking for fitness, there are classes in areas such as T’ai Chi, ballet, hula, Zumba and yoga.

For recreation, knitting, cribbage and painting courses are available as well as karaoke and Texas Hold ’Em games.

There are also services available such as hearing screenings, legal advocacy and a notary public.
