WILLIAM HARRIS SCHELLBACH

William Harris Schellbach, 83, died Dec. 6, 1999, in Burbank.

Mr. Schellbach was born in Glen Ellen and lived in Burbank for 30

years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, El Bekal Shriners, the San

Clemente Beach Cities Wireless Society and the San Clemente Exchange

Club.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy of Burbank; sons, William and Steve;

daughter, Nancy Haase; sisters, Doris Harris and Betty Snyder; and eight

grandchildren.

Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Valley Funeral Home Chapel.

RUTH MILDRED SINCLAIR

Ruth Mildred Sinclair, 87, died Dec. 11, 1999, in Burbank.

Mrs. Sinclair was born in Green Bay, Wis. and lived in Burbank for

most of her life. She was a homemaker for 48 years. She was a member of

Burbank’s Elk Emblem Club.

She is survived by her husband, Earl; son, Fred; sisters, Betty

Elliott, Rosemary Carpenter and Mary Jane Van Deuren; brother, Robert Van

Deuren; and grandchildren, Heather and Mary Sinclair.

A visitation and vigil was held Tuesday at The Valley Funeral Home.

Services were Wednesday at St. Finbar Church.

PAULA HERAUF PALUMBO

Paula Herauf Palumbo, 87, died Dec. 12, 1999, at Saddleback Memorial

Hospital.

Mrs. Palumbo was born in Landau-am-der-Isar, Germany. She lived in

Burbank for 25 years. She worked for Frebank Engineering for 15 years.

She is survived by her husband, Salvatore Vincent; daughters, Rosemary

Wehrly and Barbara Poer; grandchildren, Sue Leines, David and Matthew

Wehrly, Tony, Alexandra and Susannah Poer, Michael and Melinda Palumbo;

and great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Alicia and Emily Leines and Jack

Wehrly.

She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald.

A visitation and vigil was held Wednesday at Valley Funeral Home

Chapel. Services were held Thursday at St. Charles Borromeo in North

Hollywood.

JAMES LEROY CURTIN

James LeRoy Curtin, 76, died Dec. 14, 1999, in Panorama City.

A retired machinist, Mr. Curtin was a Burbank resident for 50 years.

He was born in Conception Junction, Mo. Mr. Curtin was active in the

YMCA.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley of Burbank; son, Daniel;

daughters, Cheryl Egerdahl, Karen Gargan and Kelly Curtin; grandchildren,

Christine, Chelsea, Nick and Amber; and great-grandchildren, Gabriel and

Destiny.

Visitation was Friday at The Valley Funeral Home Mortuary. Services

will be at 10 a.m. today at The Valley Funeral Home. Interment will

follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills.
