The following incidents were taken from police reports.

RANCHO DISTRICT

* 1100 block of Main Street: Police investigating the theft of a sound

mixer from a sanctuary at Calvary Bible Church. The sound board was

reported missing shortly after 7:30 p.m. Monday, police said. The sound

board is worth about $1,000, police said.

HILLSIDE DISTRICT

* 700 block of Brown Drive: Police are looking for two boys suspected

of attempting to kidnap another boy about 11 p.m Monday. One Burbank boy

was arrested following the incident and released, police said. The boy

who was arrested went to the victim’s home and asked to use the

telephone, police said. After he left, two other boys arrived, police

said. They allegedly told the victim their car was broken down and asked

for water to cool the engine, police said. The two boys assaulted the

victim when he brought them water and tried to pull him into the car,

police said. The victim fought back and was able to escape, police said.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* 3800 block of Allan Avenue: Two suspected gang members were arrested

at 3:30 p.m. Friday on suspicion of fighting on school grounds, police

said. The men, both 18, one from Burbank and the other from Arleta, were

arrested after a fight at Burbank Adult School, where they were scheduled

to take GED exams, police said.

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 3400 block of San Fernando Boulevard: Police are looking for two men

who allegedly attacked another man shortly before 2:27 p.m. Sunday. The

attack may be gang-related, police said. Witnesses said the men were

outside yelling at each other when the fight started, police said.
