Man dies after fall from roof

MAGNOLIA PARK -- A 69-year-old Burbank man died Tuesday from possible

head injuries after falling 12 feet from his roof while setting up

Christmas lights on his home, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, might have had some trouble

breathing while working on the roof of his house, in the 600 block of

North Evergreen Street, Burbank Police Lt. Kevin Krafft said.

The man was found about 3 p.m. lying on the driveway of his home. He

appeared to have injuries to the head and was taken to Providence St.

Joseph Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
