AMALIA MARIE BOEHRET

Amalia Marie Boehret, 89, died Jan. 3, 2003, in Panorama City.

Born March 12, 1913, she was a longtime Burbank resident who

worked as a dispatcher for the Burbank Police and Fire departments.

Mrs. Boehret is survived by her son, Steven Michael Boehret;

daughter, Dale A. Harp; six grandchildren; and 12

great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday at the Eckerman-Heisman Funeral

Service Chapel and the interment was in the Inglewood Park Cemetery.

ALAN W. BURCHAM

Alan W. Burcham, 82, died Jan. 8, 2003, in Sun Valley.

Born March 24, 1920, in San Bernardino, he was a longtime resident

of Burbank who worked as a tool planner for Lockheed Corp.

Mr. Burcham is survived by his grandsons, Daron and Dean Welch;

and great-grandchildren, Morgan, Tatianna, Laura and Dean Welch.

The visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and the funeral service

is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eckerman-Heisman Funeral Service

Chapel, 333 E. Magnolia Blvd.

HARRY M. TYLER

Harry M. Tyler, 91, died Jan. 7, 2003, in Burbank.

Born Feb. 12, 1911, in Canada, he was a Navy signal man during

World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Ida; daughter, Carolyn Surtrees; two

grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services are at noon today at the Westminster Presbyterian Church,

542 N. Buena Vista St.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Braille Institute

Development Department, 741 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90029.

B.J. ‘LEFTY’ KUNTZ

B.J. “Lefty” Kuntz, 85, died Jan. 5, 2003, in Burbank.

Born Dec. 15, 1917, in Devil’s Lake, N.D., he was a 52-year

resident of Burbank.

Mr. Kuntz is survived by his wife, Millicent; two daughters; and

three grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service is at 1 p.m. Monday at Forest Lawn,

Hollywood Hills.
