* 600 E. Verdugo Ave.: A 23-year-old Burbank man was arrested

Sunday on suspicion of looking into a woman’s apartment windows.

Witnesses told police the man parked his car in an alley and crept up

to the woman’s apartment.

MEDIA CITY CENTER

* 770 N. First St.: A 47-year-old Lancaster man was arrested

Sunday on suspicion of pulling a man out of his car and punching him

in the mall parking garage. The suspect was walking through the

garage and believed the driver came too close to him with his car,

police said.

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* Glenoaks Boulevard and Cohasset Street: A 33-year-old Sun

Valley man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possessing heroin.

The man was initially stopped by officers because his car’s brake

lights were not working, police said.

* 300 block of North Ontario Street: Police are investigating the

theft of guns and jewelry from a home under construction. The items

taken were worth more than $5,000 and the theft was reported

Saturday.

* 700 block of North Lima Street: A 47-year-old Los Angeles man

was arrested Monday on suspicion of threatening another man with a

shotgun and hitting him in the head with it during an argument.
