3000 block of San Fernando Road: A 29-year-old Van Nuys man was

arrested Tuesday after allegedly punching and kicking a co-worker

after a work-related argument. The victim, a 42-year-old North

Hollywood man, suffered cracked ribs and a chipped bone in the chest

during the attack.

RANCHO DISTRICT

* 1100 block of West Verdugo Avenue: A 33-year-old Glendale

woman and a 34-year-old Burbank woman were arrested Monday after

allegedly threatening to kill each other. The incident reportedly

happened when the Glendale woman came to the Burbank woman’s home and

the two began arguing over money. Police said the Burbank woman held

a knife during the argument but did not lunge at the Glendale woman.
