Local to produce radio programs
GRIFFITH PARK -- Burbank resident Lori Tubert has been named the
producer/artistic director of radio programs at the Autry Museum of
Western Heritage.
Tubert has been writing and directing radio shows for Wells Fargo
Radio Theater at the museum for the past three years. She has also
produced and directed the 2002 and 2003 Burbank City Spelling Bee and
a tribute to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, which ran on Channel 6.
The museum is at 4700 Western Heritage Way in Griffith Park.
AARP offers tax help to seniors
MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH -- Tax experts from the AARP are available to
assist low-income residents or those who are 50 and older with tax
preparation during one-hour appointments from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays
through April 15 at the Providence Health Center, 3413 W. Pacific

Leads Club meets Wednesdays
TOLUCA LAKE -- The Burbank Chapter of the Leads Club meets weekly
to offer area professionals a way to promote their companies,
services and products in a noncompetitive environment.
The breakfast meetings are from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. Wednesdays at
the Taste Buds Restaurant in the Toluca Lake Sports Center, 6711
Forest Lawn Drive.
Founded in 1978, the club was designed to help men and women in
business develop leads and expand their businesses. Each chapter
includes one professional per occupation or type of business.
