Realtors raise funds for political survival
MAGNOLIA PARK -- The Burbank Assn. of Realtors asks members to
contribute money to its Political Survival Fund during the Leg Day
fund-raising event Thursday.
In an effort to support real-estate issues in the legislative
forums of local, state and national government, the event begins at
8:30 a.m. and features a drawing for prizes at the Burbank Assn. of
Realtors office, 2006 W. Magnolia Blvd.
In June, the association participates in a legislative convention
in Sacramento in which each local realtors’ organization sends
representatives. This gives local realtors the opportunity to meet
with lawmakers and discuss relevant political issues.
