Suspect arrested for multiple crimes
When police responded to a call about someone parked in a handicapped
space Monday morning, they found a man allegedly involved in a slew
of illegal activities.
Store management and an elderly customer notified police at 8:30
a.m. a man had parked his car across two handicapped parking spaces
at the 7-Eleven at 3227 N. Glenoaks Blvd., police said. While
officers were on their way, a check of the car’s license plate
revealed it was stolen, police said.
Inside the car, police found David Tyler Larson, a 25-year-old
Burbank man who was allegedly in possession of pornography and
fondling himself. Larson also had a replica handgun that produced
bubbles, a pit bull and methamphetamine inside the car, police said.
After he was arrested, police said they learned Larson had two
no-bail felony warrants for drug possession.
As of late Tuesday, Larson was being held without bail and facing
a variety of charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and
drugs.
