BURBANK VILLAGE
* 100 block of East Orange Avenue: A 52-year-old Valencia man was
arrested Tuesday after allegedly colliding with another car and then
leaving the scene. He reportedly hit a 24-year-old Pasadena man’s car
with his truck in a parking structure, then refused to exchange any
information and walked away. Police and the victim located the man
shortly after and arrested him.
MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH
* Buena Vista Street and San Fernando Road: A 24-year-old Burbank
man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possessing a switchblade
knife. The spring-loaded knife was found about 1:20 a.m. after
officers stopped the man for making an unsafe left turn.
HILLSIDE DISTRICT
* Karen Street and Eton Drive: Two Burbank women reported Tuesday
a man exposed himself to them. They told police they were walking a
dog about 6:20 p.m. when the man pulled up in a blue pickup truck and
said “Good afternoon.” When the women looked at the man, they said
they saw him fondling himself.
MAGNOLIA PARK
* 1920 Clark Ave.: A 17-year-old Burbank boy reported Tuesday
that he was head-butted by a man outside John Burroughs High School.
The boy told police the confrontation began after he yelled at a
passing car to slow down. A passenger in the car reportedly got out
and shouted obscenities at the boy before hitting him with his head.
The boy was treated by the school nurse.
* Magnolia Boulevard and Kenwood Street: A 23-year-old Harbor
City man was arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of possessing a
loaded 9mm handgun. Officers stopped the man after they noticed his
registration tags were expired and found the gun in the backseat in a
box labeled Glock.
