The following incidents were taken from police reports:

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 2300 block of North Lincoln Street: A 12-year-old Burbank girl

reported Tuesday that a man in a car was following her. She was

walking to school at the time and told police the man, who appeared

to be fondling himself, has followed her in the past. Police searched

the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* Hollywood Way and Burbank Boulevard: A 34-year-old North

Hollywood man reported Tuesday he was confronted and spit on by

several young men in an alley. He told police the car the men were

riding in was blocking his path through the alley, and when he told

them to move it a shouting match began. After the men spit in his

face, they drove away.

HILLSIDE DISTRICT

* 3300 block of Haven Way: A Burbank couple reported Wednesday

that someone broke into their home and stole jewelry and other items.

They noticed the crime when they arrived home at about 6 p.m. Police

said whoever broke in apparently kicked in the rear double door of

the home.
