Man shot in shoulder while driving

A Los Angeles man was shot in the shoulder during what police say may

have been a road rage incident.

Police were called to the emergency room of Providence St. Joseph

Medical Center about 5 a.m., Thursday after doctors began treating a

man with a gunshot wound. The shooting victim, 28-year-old Jim

Delgado, told police he was shot in his car minutes before near

Verdugo Avenue and Victory Boulevard.Delgado was treated and released

from the hospital Thursday, police said.
