ROYAL GORDON MACGREGOR

Royal Gordon MacGregor, 85, died June 20, 2003, in Burbank.

He was born July 18, 1917, in Bisbee, Ariz., and lived in Burbank

for 56 years.

Mr. MacGregor worked as a detective sergeant for the Los Angeles

Police Department.

He was a Mason, and was also a member of Burbank/ Glendale High 12

Club, Al Malaikah Shrine Temple, Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star,

American Legion, Police Protective League, Police Relief, Glendale

Carving Club and the Glendale Wood Turner’s Club.

Mr. MacGregor is survived two sisters-in-law, several nephews and

a niece.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Burbank Masonic

Temple, 406 Irving Drive.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital for

Children, 3160 Geneva St., Los Angeles, CA 90020.
