JAMES G. BOWERS
James G. Bowers, 86, died July 10, 2003, in Burbank.
He was born in New York and lived in Burbank for 30 years.
Mr. Bowers was the owner of Bowers Radio & Television for 40
years.
He was a World War II Army veteran. He was also a member of the
American Legion of Frewsburg, N.Y.
Mr. Bowers is survived by his wife, Mary; and several cousins and
nephews.
The service is at 9 a.m. Thursday at Church of the Hills, Forest
Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles.
Valley Funeral Home is in charge of direction.
WALTER MITCHELL JOHNSON
Walter Mitchell Johnson, 76, died July 10, 2003, in Burbank.
He was born Aug. 26, 1926, in Kankakee, Ill.
Mr. Johnson worked as a machinist. His hobbies included wood
carving and race cars.
He was a member of the Burbank American Legion, Burbank Elks Lodge
and Burbank Moose Lodge.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughters, Jo Ann
Jarboe and Bobbie Schnoebelen; son, Walter; and five grandchildren.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 3 at Burbank Elks Lodge, 2232
N. Hollywood Way.

CLARA B. POULIOT
Clara B. Pouliot, 73, died July 9, 2003, in Burbank.
She was born May 24, 1930, in Dayton, Ohio, and lived in Burbank
for 27 years.
She worked as a receptionist for an optometrist.
Mrs. Pouliot is survived by her husband, Daniel Pouliot; and son,
Dan.
The service was Monday at Church of the Hills, Forest Lawn
Hollywood Hills. Forest Lawn was in charge of direction.
