Cinema club will host a video contest screening

The Los Angeles Cinema Club, a 72-year-old amateur photo club that

has met in Burbank for more than a year, will screen entries for its

Summer Video Contest at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Little White Chapel.

The contest at the church, 1711 N. Avon St., consists of

one-minute videos and videos with running times as long as 15

minutes.

The cinema club is a special-interest group and is open to anyone

who makes, edits, and enjoys screening and watching films.

Members work primarily in video format, but also in color slides

and film.
