Chamber mixer is Thursday

MEDIA CITY CENTER -- A cash drawing of $225 will be up for grabs

during the Burbank Chamber of Commerce’s monthly mixer from 5:30 to

7:30 p.m. Thursday at 921 W. Olive Ave.

The mixer, co-hosted by Robert’s Catering Service and Samuel’s

Florist, will feature music by Mark Anton Singer’s Studio.

Tickets are $10 for members, $15 for guests. For reservations and

for golf tourney

HILLSIDE DISTRICT -- Registration is being accepted for Fall

Classic 2003, the 13th annual golf tournament sponsored by the

Burbank Chamber of Commerce.

The Sept. 12 tournament at DeBell Golf Course, 1500 E. Walnut

Ave., will feature a modified scramble format, a putting tournament

and an awards reception.

The cost is $2,500 for tournament sponsors, $1,500 for corporate

sponsors, $150 for individual golfers and $100 for tee or green

sponsors.
