Leads Club meets Wednesdays
TOLUCA LAKE -- The Burbank Chapter of the Leads Club meets weekly
to offer area professionals a way to promote their companies,
services and products in a noncompetitive environment.
The breakfast meetings are from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. every Wednesday
at the Taste Buds Restaurant in the Toluca Lake Sports Center, 6711
Forest Lawn Drive.
Founded in 1978, the club was designed to help men and women in
business develop leads and expand their endeavors. Each chapter
includes one professional per occupation or type of business.

Workplace safety seminar Thursday
MAGNOLIA PARK -- Donald Miller, medical director for The
Occupational Medical Center, will present a safety seminar Thursday
titled “Workplace Injury Prevention: Will You Be Ready When OSHA
Knocks on Your Door?”
The seminar will begin with a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
and lasts until 9 a.m. at the center, 2211 W. Magnolia Blvd., Suite
110.
