* 700 block of East Cedar Avenue: A 15-year-old girl told police

that she looked out of her apartment window Thursday and saw a man

standing across the street fondling himself.

* 935 N. Hollywood Way: Police arrested an 18-year-old Glen Valley

man on suspicion of making criminal threats after the man was

confronted by a Rite Aid employee for allegedly stealing alcohol from

the store. The employee told police the man became belligerent when

he confronted him.

TOLUCA LAKE

* 4200 block of West McFarlane Avenue: A 75-year-old Burbank

woman reported Monday that someone entered her fenced yard while she

was away and stole her wrought-iron patio table and three chairs. The

woman told police there were no signs of damage to the locked gate,

and there were no footprints in the flowerbeds surrounding the fence.
