Local sound studio receives Emmy
Burbank sound studio Juniper Post received an Emmy Award in the
category of Outstanding Sound Editing for Nonfiction Programming on
“James Cameron’s Expedition: Bismarck” on Saturday at the Shrine
Auditorium in Los Angeles.
“Bismarck” began airing on the Discovery Channel last December.
The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences awarded the 2002-03
Creative Arts Primetime Emmys for programs and individual
achievements at the 55th Annual Emmy Awards presentation. The
Primetime Emmy Awards will be broadcast at 8 p.m. Sunday on Fox
network KTTV-TV Channel 11.
Juniper’s work on Bismarck was also honored with a nomination for
Outstanding Sound Mixing for Nonfiction Programming.
