Malone is appointed to transportation committee

Brian Anthony Malone has been appointed to the Traffic and

Transportation committee by the City Council.

Malone, one of three applicants seeking a spot on the five-member

panel, received votes from council members Marsha Ramos, Todd

Campbell and Jef Vander Borght. Mayor Stacey Murphy and Councilman

David Golonski voted for William Thomas Stevens. Larry Wayne Cutler

did not receive a vote.

Malone, a 26-year resident of Burbank, is a former City Council

candidate who served with the Burbank Chamber of Commerce. He is a

self-employed realtor with a 30-year career in marketing and sales.

Malone says he plans to “contribute to the community by supporting

the City Council and mitigating traffic concerns in Burbank.”
