The following information was taken from police reports:

MAGNOLIA PARK

* 500 block of South Glenoaks Boulevard: An 18-year-old Burbank

man and a 17-year-old Burbank boy were arrested Tuesday on suspicion

of assaulting a 45-year-old Glendale man. They allegedly attacked the

victim, who was washing his clothes at a local Laundromat, because

he refused to give them money. The victim suffered swelling on his

right cheek.

* Verdugo Avenue and Keystone Street: An 18-year-old Burbank man

was arrested Friday on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance

without a prescription.

* 1701 W. Olive Ave.: A 15-year-old Burbank girl reported to

police that she was punched in the face by an unknown man during an

altercation Friday at McDonald’s. She suffered no visible injuries.

HILLSIDE DISTRICT

* Glenoaks Boulevard and Andover Drive: A 24-year-old man was

arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence.

SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 101 E. Alameda Ave.: A 35-year-old Canyon Country man was

arrested Friday at Savon on suspicion of purchasing narcotics with a

fake prescription.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* Burbank Boulevard and Frederic Street: A 38-year-old Los

Angeles man was arrested Friday during a traffic stop on suspicion of
