NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* 2900 N. San Fernando Blvd.: A 41-year-old Burbank man was

arrested Tuesday on suspicion of public intoxication when police

found him lying on a sidewalk in front of Ramada Inn and unable to

walk.

* 2400 block of North Buena Vista Street: A 36-year-old Hawthorne

man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possessing a bindle

containing cocaine. The suspect told police that he traveled from

Hawthorne to Burbank to wash his laundry.

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* Niagara Street and Thornton Avenue: An 18-year-old Burbank man

and a 23-year-old Burbank man were arrested Monday on suspicion of

possessing marijuana for sale.

* 2600 block of Hollywood Way: A 53-year-old Burbank man was

arrested Sunday on suspicion of battery after he pushed a 62-year-old

Burbank woman to the ground.

BURBANK VILLAGE

* 259 E. Palm Ave.: A 21-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested

Saturday in the Gitana Restaurant parking lot on suspicion of

possessing marijuana for sale after police found several baggies of

what appeared to be the drug.

MAGNOLIA PARK

* 1000 block of Chandler Drive: Two Van Nuys girls, 16 and 17,

were arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine after police

responded to a noise complaint.
