SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 108 E. Providencia Ave.: A 33-year-old Burbank man was arrested

Friday at Providencia Motel on suspicion of being under the influence

of metham- phetamine. The man told police that he shot someone in a

motel room, but police found no body or evidence of a shooting.

MAGNOLIA PARK

* 900 block of North Frederic Street: A 34-year-old North

Hollywood man was arrested Thursday during a traffic stop on

suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.

* 900 block of North Ford Street: A 48-year-old North Hollywood

man was arrested Tuesday during a routine traffic stop on suspicion

of driving under the influence.

NORTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 1700 block of Grismer Avenue: A 35-year-old man was arrested

Thursday on suspicion of robbery. A neighbor saw the alleged robber

entering through the victim’s window and called the police, who

responded and found the man in the house.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* 1100 block of Chandler Boulevard.: A 30-year-old Van Nuys man

was arrested Thursday during a routine traffic stop on suspicion of

possessing methamphetamine.
