MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 2000 block of North Frederic Street: A 24-year-old Burbank man

was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon

after he allegedly knocked down a 38-year-old Burbank man and kicked

him. The victim suffered a cut under his left eye and swelling to his

face.

* 840 N. San Fernando Blvd.: A 21-year-old Los Angeles woman was

arrested Wednesday on suspicion of burglary after she tried to cash a

forged check at a Washington Mutual branch office.

BURBANK VILLAGE

* 330 N. San Fernando Blvd.: A 17-year-old La Crescenta girl was

arrested Wednesday on suspicion of shoplifting underwear and a wallet

from Urban Outfitters.

AIRPORT DISTRICT

* 2311 Hollywood Way: A 26-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested

Tuesday on suspicion of shoplifting an Apple Power Mac computer at

Fry’s Electronics.

MAGNOLIA PARK

* 600 block of Rosemary Lane: Two Burbank boys, 16 and 17, were

arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after

they allegedly hit a 20-year-old Burbank man with baseball bats. The

victim suffered two lacerations on the back of his head.
