Meet children’s book writer Shusterman

Award-winning author Neal Shusterman will make a special

appearance at the Buena Vista Branch of the Burbank Public Library.

Shusterman has written several books for young people and has also

written for the Disney Channel and several prime-time specials for

the “Goosebumps” and the “Animorphs” TV series.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Burbank Library

and will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Buena Vista Branch,

300 N. Buena Vista St., Burbank.

center reopens

Providence St. Joseph Hospital has reopened their newly located

and expanded Breast Health Center. The Center offers the San Fernando

Valley’s only all-digital mammography with computer-aided detection.
