There’s something hopping at the mall

The Easter Bunny continues to bring springtime with him as he hops

into the Burbank Town Center each week. The Easter Bunny greets mall

visitors from a large carrot throne and is available for photographs

from noon to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, noon to 8 p.m. Saturday,

and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. He will be in Burbank through March 26.

Benefit for library to include NBC executive

The Friends of the Burbank Public Library will have a benefit for

library literacy services. NBC executive Jack O’Neill will be the

master of ceremonies, and a silent auction and door prizes are some

of the evening’s features.

The benefit is March 31 at The Castaway Restaurant, but

reservations can be made now. The cost is $15 per person. For
