GIOVANNI R. BUSSINO

Giovanni R. Bussino died March 23, 2005.

Bussino was born Oct. 26, 1936 and was a resident of Burbank for

23 years. He was a writer and worked from home.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University

and his doctorate from UC Berkeley.

He also had a doctorate from University of Florence, Italy and

received an honorable discharge from the United States Army.

Bussino is survived by his brother, Aldo; sisters, Irma, Lucy

Mary, Mary Dominic and Mary Bussino Cappellari; brother-in-law,

Francesco; two nephews; four nieces; two grand nephews; two grand

nieces.

A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Robert

Bellarmine Church, 133 N. Fifth St. Interment will follow at Calvary

Cemetery, 4201 Whittier Blvd., Los Angeles.
