Buena Vista St. In the workshop, which is part of the Teen Summer Reading program, one will make art on postcards and mail it to teens at another library and vice versa. Downtown Burbank Free Summer Concert series starts today and continues every Thursday night thereafter in July and August on the AMC Walkway at Palm Avenue and San Fernando Boulevard in Downtown Burbank. Festivities start at 6 p.m. with dance lessons by Francisco and Stacey of the Dance Family Studio; then a two-hour concert begins at 7 p.m. Tonight, Phat Cat Swinger performs music reminiscent of Bobby Darin, Louis Prima and Frank Sinatra mixed with new swing sounds of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
