The following were taken from reports filed with the Burbank Police Department.

Area 1

2800 block of Chandler Boulevard

At 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 3, a man was seen using bolt cutters to cut the lock off a storage shed. The man, described as 30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds, thin build and with a shaved head, took two airless paint sprayers from the shed. He was wearing a backward baseball cap, sleeveless shirt and dark baggy shorts below the knees.

The man’s vehicle, driven by a woman, was possibly a black, four-door Honda Civic with tinted rear windows.

1100 block of West Olive Avenue

At 9:59 p.m. Nov. 10, four young men were approached by three male teenagers who asked if they smoked marijuana. When they replied “no,” the teens — described as Latino — pulled out knives and demanded their property. After forcibly taking their wallets, cash and bank cards, the teens drove off in a white vehicle, possibly a Honda Civic.

Area 2

Intersection of North Glenoaks Boulevard and Cohasset Street

At noon Nov. 6 during a traffic stop, a gold Honda CRV struck a Burbank police officer’s left elbow. The driver of the vehicle slowed but did not stop to provide information, and the officer could not see the license plate number. The officer was taken to the local hospital where he was examined and treated for swelling and pain to his elbow.

500 block of North 1st Street

Between 6:30 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 11, a Burbank man’s tailgate was taken from his 2008 Ford F150 while parked in the Sears parking lot. No suspects were seen.
